Unfortunately, due to water intrusion from Hurricane Fay the fourth floor experienced some leakage from the roof. The insurance adjuster came out on the property to estimate the damage. With all the hard rain we have had last night and today. The property has suffered from quite a bit of water intrusion through out the fourth floor and one unit on the first floor.

Here are some do’s and don’ts when it comes to hurricane preparedness. We want all of our residents to be safe!
Do:
Remove all loose items from your terrace or patio (hanging plants, lawn chairs, etc.)
